From Route 33:  When you cross over Rte. 95 (2 sets of lights) continue about a mile and (opposite a graveyard) take first left (Islington St.).  Continue on Islington Street until you can go no further.  Take a left onto Maple wood Avenue.  At second set of lights take a right- Parade Office Mall is on your right.

From Route 95:   Get onto Rte 95 north.  Take Exit 7 just before you go over the high-rise bridge into Maine.  At the bottom of the ramp take a RIGHT toward downtown Portsmouth.  Just past the Sheraton, across from the salt pile, take a RIGHT onto Deer Street.  Just past a group of old historic buildings, take a LEFT into the large parking lot at the Parade Mall. (If you get to a traffic light you’ve gone too far.)    Park in the visitor spaces near the building.  If those are full, see our receptionist for a parking permit so you don’t get towed.  CDS has our own outside entrance on the side of the building facing Deer Street between the large signs on the building for Addecco and Liberty Mutual. 

(If you are coming south on Rte 95 from Maine, take Exit 7 just after you go over the high-rise into New Hampshire and take a LEFT at the bottom of the ramp.)

From Routes 4 and 16:  Follow to the Portsmouth Traffic Circle.  Exit circle at the Howard Johnson's/Holiday Inn.  Take a right at stop sign and then first left (Dennett Street).  Take a right at end of street, then the first left after the railroad tracks at set of lights.  The Parade Office Mall is the building to the right.
