Community Developmental Services

Community Developmental Services is part of the New Hampshire system of twelve “area agencies” who coordinate supports and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities, and their families.  CDS is a private not-for-profit corporation designated as the area agency for Region VIII, northern Rocking ham County.  We serve the towns of:

From our offices in Portsmouth, we provide intake and eligibility determination, service coordination, and family support services including respite.  CDS subcontracts with fifteen provider agencies to provide early supports and services for children up to age three; and whole life, day, and residential services for adults.
